Breathwork & Sound Bath

A moment to slow down

A moment to reconnect

A moment to carry with you

You don't need a special occasion to create a ritual. Sometimes, all you need is a few quiet minutes.

A MOMENT TO REFLECT

Take a few minutes to think back to this evening. Notice how you felt when you arrived, and how you feel now.

Journal Prompt: What am I taking away from this experience?

What did I notice?

What did I feel?

What surprised me?

What did this experience teach me about myself?

What do I want to carry with me from tonight?

Write freely. Don't worry about making it beautiful or making sense. Your journal is simply a place to meet yourself.

KEEP THE RITUAL GOING

Choose one small practice to bring into your everyday life: a cup of tea, a few deep breaths, five minutes of journaling, a walk outside, lighting a candle, or sitting quietly before starting your day.

The ritual doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be intentional.

CREATE YOUR OWN MOON WATER

Moon water can be a beautiful mindfulness ritual—a way to pause, set an intention, and connect with the natural world.

You'll need:

A clean glass jar or bottle

Drinking water

A quiet moment

An intention

Your ritual:

1. Fill your jar with clean drinking water and keep the container covered.

2. Choose an intention. Ask yourself: What would I like to invite into my life right now? Peace, clarity, courage, gratitude, renewal, or love.

3. Place your water somewhere safe where it can receive moonlight, outdoors in a protected area or near a window.

4. The next morning, reconnect with your intention. You may use the water to make tea, or drink it.

You can also place meaningful objects—such as amulets, crystals, jewelry, or other keepsakes—somewhere safe to receive moonlight as part of your personal ritual.

The magic isn't in the water or the moonlight.
The ritual is the pause. The intention is the meaning.

UPCOMING FULL MOONS

If you would like to continue this ritual, here are the upcoming full moons:

August 28, 2026

September 26, 2026

October 26, 2026

November 24, 2026

December 23, 2026

Full moon dates can vary slightly by location. These dates are based on U.S. Eastern time.

Pause → Set an intention → Place your water or meaningful object under the moonlight → Reflect → Give thanks

CREATE A TEA RITUAL

Tea doesn't have to be something you simply drink. It can become a reason to slow down.

BOIL
Prepare your favorite tea and notice the sound of the water.

BREW
Watch the steam rise. Notice the aroma.

BREATHE
Before your first sip, take three slow breaths.

SIP
Put your phone away and enjoy your tea without distraction.

REFLECT
Ask yourself: “What do I need right now?”

CREATE YOUR OWN RITUAL

Your ritual can be five minutes. It can happen in the morning, before bed, or whenever life feels a little too loud.

1. CREATE SPACE
Put your phone away.

2. LIGHT
Light a candle or create a soft, peaceful atmosphere.

3. BREATHE
Take three slow breaths.

4. SIP
Make a cup of tea.

5. REFLECT
Write one sentence in your journal: “Today, I am grateful for…” or “Today, I need…” or “Right now, I feel…”

You don't need a perfect routine. You just need a moment to be present.

TAKE THIS WITH YOU

You don't have to wait for a sound bath, a retreat, or a special evening to slow down. You can create little moments of peace wherever you are.

Pause.
Breathe.
Notice.
Be.

When life gets busy again, come back to the simple things: a cup of tea, a journal, a breath, a quiet moment.
